By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by BOS288 through the website bos288.my or the BOS288 mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions stated in this document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and BOS288 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to register for or use BOS288's services.

To be eligible to register as a BOS288 member, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Has never previously had a BOS288 account closed or frozen due to a breach of terms.

BOS288 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) — including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents — at any time.
